Delete your VPN Pink account
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your VPN Pink account and the personal data associated with it.
How to request deletion
- Send an email from the address registered with your VPN Pink account.
- Use the subject Delete VPN Pink account.
- Include your registered email address and, if available, your VPN Pink user ID.
- We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing the request.

Data that will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or permanently anonymize data associated with the account, including:
- the VPN Pink user account and profile information;
- authentication information and active login sessions;
- VPN access credentials and assigned VPN service access;
- account preferences and support information that is no longer required.
Data retention
Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days after account ownership has been verified.
Some transaction, invoice, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained when required by tax, accounting, security, or other applicable laws. Such records are restricted to the required purpose and retained only for the legally required period.
Google Play subscriptions
Deleting your VPN Pink account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel an active subscription separately in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions before requesting account deletion.
Request deletion of specific data
You may also request deletion of specific personal data without deleting your full account. Email [email protected], describe the data concerned, and include the email address registered with your account. We will explain if particular records must be retained for legal or security reasons.
